Robert Barksdale is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years experience working all facets of real estate including the luxury market, buyers, sellers, banks, and investors.
Prior to joining the Realty One Group West Robert worked as a school teacher, principal, and administrator for 24 years. Additionally he had a tremendous basketball coaching career spanning 16 years coaching high school and college athletes. Robert is successful at using the same qualities to ensure success in all his real estate transactions!
For each of Robert's clients he creates a custom game plan that focuses on meeting their needs and objectives in a timely manner. Robert also specializes in assisting homwowners that are in foreclosure. The Barksdale Group often works with investors, attorneys, foreclosure trustees, as well as the bank to complete the transaction. In addition, Robert is now training other realtors on all aspects of assisting homeowners that are facing foreclosure.
Finally, Robert's time in the public school system has allowed him to develop excellent communication and listening skills. This translates into smooth transactions for all parties involved. When it comes to negotiating on behalf of his clients Robert draws upon his coaching experience to tenaciously deliver the best possible outcome.
